Dr. Brad Lancaster has 37 years of experience in education. Most recently he served as the Superintendent of Schools for Lake Travis ISD and previously served as Superintendent for Midway ISD in the Waco, Texas area.
Brad has also served as a special education and regular education classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal and central office administrator. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Baylor University as well as Master of Science in Educational Administration and Doctorate of Education degrees from Texas A&M University in College Station.
Brad served as a member of the Texas Lieutenant Governor’s Superintendent's Advisory Council and has served on the Texas High Performance Schools Consortium; the TEA Commissioner’s Cabinet of Superintendents; and is Past President of the Fast Growth Schools Coalition and the Texas Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development.
Brad has a special interest in conducting superintendent searches, and he is an experienced facilitator/trainer related to bond planning, fast-growth district planning, re-districting, executive coaching and school board training.
