Regina Dumar has over 29 years of experience in the field of education. Regina has served as a K-12 teacher, ESL teacher, intervention specialist, assistant principal, and principal. Most recently Regina was a principal at Bradfield Elementary in Highland Park ISD.
During her time at Highland Park ISD, she led a 3 year campus tear-down/rebuild/move project by collaborating with key stakeholders. Regina partnered with architects, design teams, furniture designers, and a community legacy committee to create an innovative learning environment for students and teachers. She worked alongside the Safety and Security team to ensure student/teacher safety was a top-priority. Regina also worked closely with facilities, contractors, and movers to ensure timelines and punch-lists were completed on-time.
Regina works closely with teams to develop creative solutions, cultivates fearless learners, and enjoys supporting and mentoring leaders at all levels.

Regina earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Abilene Christian University (Abilene, TX) and her Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas (Denton, TX.)
