As a result of our partnership with N2 Learning, Weatherford ISD has developed an innovative strategic plan designed to transform learning in our classrooms and equip our students with the skills they will need for jobs that have yet to be created. Eddie has guided us through this journey and helped us develop a foundation that supports our vision to graduate students who are ready for work, ready for life, and ready for the global society.

N2 Learning provided the perfect framework for our admin teams to examine transformational leadership within the context of our daily tasks and how we can take steps to lead our organization to the next level. Insightful and refreshing, each session we walked away with practical ideas on how to be better instructional leaders and how to motivate others to help move the needle for our kids.

Eddie Coulson and N2 Learning did a phenomenal job facilitating our strategic planning process. Eddie engaged a very diverse group of parents, community members, and employees and was able to bring them to a consensus of the vision of our school district in the years to come. He was excellent at building relationships with those involved and really using their feedback and input to develop a strategic plan that is very unique to our district and community.

Dr. Coulson provided great meaningful professional development for our leadership team, custom-fit for our strengths and needs. From our newest to our most experienced team members, the experience was impactful and helped us grow both as individual leaders and collectively as a team.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to participate in N2 Learning’s Principals’ Institute, as well as an internal institute here in Ector County ISD. These experiences have had a profound impact on my professional growth and have completely transformed my thinking as an educational leader. As a result of our partnership with N2 Learning, we have laid the foundation of a campus culture that empowers our leaders, facilitators, and students to consistently learn and innovate. Roz Keck and her team have done a masterful job guiding us through this process while maintaining an unwavering focus on student engagement and learning.

Partnering with N2 Learning Tomball ISD was able to formulate a five year strategic plan that will elevate our district to the next level of educational excellence. Roz Keck’s ability to facilitate our diverse group of educators, community leaders, parents, and board members led to a strategic plan that is practical, effective and individualized for Tomball. The expertise and knowledge that Roz provided during each of our meetings produced a quality plan that we are confident we can accomplish over the next five years.

My participation in the Houston Consortium helped take my leadership to another level. The content of each monthly session always gave me something to think about . . . challenged me, really, to be a better educator. The meetings were never about “doing the job,” for anyone who is committed can “do the job.” The Consortium is about doing the job in a way that results in the transformation of people – of children, of teachers, of colleagues, of community members – and of the system itself. For educators interested in truly inspirational leadership, the Houston Transformational Leadership Consortium is a tremendous resource. I was fortunate to have been chosen; my work there continues to impact me and my decision-making every day.
