Overview and Purpose
The District Administrators Leadership Academy (DALA) is a comprehensive professional learning experience focused on empowering central office educational leaders with the skills and strategies necessary for driving systemic improvements within their districts. A focus on cultivating a learning culture and refining district processes including a commitment to sustainable growth and development will drive the networking discussions. An online leadership coaching component for each participant and facilitator will occur between each session and adds a valuable layer of personalized support and guidance in DALA. This individualized approach can help leaders navigate challenges, refine their leadership style, and maximize their impact within their respective districts.
