Adriana Garza is a visionary educational leader with more than 41 years of experience dedicated to strengthening public education through leadership development, talent management, and the development of effective school leaders. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to investing in people, developing leadership capacity, and creating systems that support long-term organizational success.

Most recently, Adriana served as Executive Director of Elementary Administration for Northside Independent School District, where she supported and developed elementary principals and associate principals. Adriana also designed differentiated support for new and aspiring principals. She previously served as Northside ISD’s Director of Leadership Development, leading the development of a data-driven principal pipeline and supporting leadership succession across the district.

Adriana’s career also includes service as an elementary principal, associate principal, grant and project director, and classroom teacher. Her leadership has been recognized with the Texas ASCD George H. Brownlee Award for Outstanding Educational Leadership.

Adriana holds a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M International University and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Laredo State University. She brings to her work a passion for developing others, building strong leadership systems, and helping educational leaders create meaningful and lasting impact for students.
