Legacy Circle

We are excited to announce the new N2 Learning Principals’ Institute Legacy Circle that will serve as a way to honor former PrincipaIs’ Institute participants who are actively engaged after their cohort year, inspiring those who follow them.

For the past thirteen years, outstanding principals have come together with N2 Learning as participants in the Principals’ Institute. They spend a year dedicating themselves to studying the Visioning Document and transforming their leadership practices. They have made a lasting impact on their campuses. Many of these principals have continued to stay involved and contribute to the learning of principals who come after them in the Institute. They are actively engaged as facilitators and presenters, ensuring the knowledge, innovation, and leadership skills they developed continue to influence and inspire future generations. This community of leaders offers ongoing support, collaboration, and mentorship by sharing their insights and positive changes.

The term “Legacy” signifies the lasting impact these leaders have made, and will continue to make, on their campuses and the broader educational community. The term “Circle” reflects the continuous, unbroken connection between past and present members united by a shared commitment to educational transformation.

We see this as a prestigious network that will honor past participants of the Principals’ Institute. Through this circle, legacies will continue to remain connected to the mission of improving educational outcomes, reinforcing their influence, not only on their schools and communities, but on the schools and communities served by every principal who follows them.
