You will receive an email at the submitters email address in August 2018 to confirm team members and update information for anyone you indicated as TBD.

Team #1 Information

District Acknowledgement

Completion of this form acknowledges that my district will pay $1,750.00 per registered participant. Refreshments and light meals are included. I understand the cost of travel and expenses to attend meetings is the responsibility of my district and should be coordinated with the participant(s). Meeting details are available at http://www.n2learning.org/digital-by-design.aspx. Submitters will receive an email in August 2018 to confirm team members and update information for any individual indicated as TBD. Once team members are confirmed, individuals will receive a welcome email with detailed DxD session information and access to DxD’s web portal.
